Lab Services

Know your numbers

Baseline and monitoring blood work, drawn in the studio or during a mobile visit. Your panel is run by Access Labs so your provider can see whole-body health in one report instead of testing one marker at a time.

Lab Testing

Drawn with us, processed by a licensed reference lab

Get your bloodwork drawn with us, in our Mesa studio or as a mobile visit to your home or office. Our registered nurses collect your sample, and it’s processed by Access Medical Laboratories, a licensed reference lab. Most results are ready in 1–3 business days.

Lab Draw Only

We draw your blood, send it to the lab, and email you your results. This option doesn’t include a provider review or interpretation. We recommend sharing your results with your primary care provider.

Lab Draw + Provider Review

We draw your blood, and one of our licensed providers reviews your results. You then get a short telehealth or in-person visit to go over what your numbers mean and talk about next steps. These can include IV therapy, injections, or weight or hormone programs, or a referral to your doctor.

Before your draw

Some tests require fasting, or you may need to stop biotin supplements beforehand. We’ll tell you when you book. Drink water and bring a photo ID.

Please note

Lab testing is for informational purposes and doesn’t replace care from your own medical provider. If your results include a value that needs urgent attention, we’ll contact you and advise you to seek care. Our lab services aren’t for emergencies; if you have urgent symptoms, call 911.

Weight Loss

Panels that support a GLP plan

Weight loss panels from Access Labs measure the metabolic and hormonal factors that impact weight, from thyroid function to insulin and blood sugar. They support a GLP-1 plan and ongoing monitoring so your provider can adjust with real data.

The key markers that impact weight — blood counts, metabolism, lipids, and thyroid.

Weight, Thyroid & Insulin Check

3005

A comprehensive analysis of key metabolic, hormone, and thyroid markers.

GLP-1 Therapy Monitoring

989E

Lab work for GLP-1 therapy — thyroid, B12, fasting insulin, and A1C alongside the basics.

Panels, panel codes, and markers are provided by Access Labs. Blood panels are drawn in the studio or during a mobile visit.

Food Sensitivity

What your body reacts to

The foodANALYZER panel from Access Labs measures IgG antibodies across 286 food antigens from 13 food groups using nano-bead technology on a single sample of serum. Results help your provider shape diet and lifestyle guidance to ease digestive and systemic symptoms tied to food sensitivities.

Food Sensitivity & IgG Screening

IgG

A single test measuring IgG antibodies to 286 foods across 13 food groups, using nano-bead technology on 1mL of serum.

Panels, panel codes, and markers are provided by Access Labs. Blood is drawn in the studio or during a mobile visit; results typically return within 24 hours.

Allergy (IgE)

What your body reacts to

The allergE+ panel from Access Labs is a state-of-the-art environmental and food allergy test measuring total IgE antibodies across 295 allergens using nano-bead technology on 1mL of serum. Results help your provider curate diet and lifestyle guidance to reduce and eliminate symptoms tied to adverse allergen reactions.

Environmental & Food Allergy (IgE)

allergE+

A multiplex ELISA-based IgE test using nano-bead technology — 295 allergens from 165 sources, covering environmental, food, venom, and pet allergens on a single 1mL serum sample.

Panels, panel codes, and markers are provided by Access Labs. Blood is drawn in the studio or during a mobile visit; results typically return within 24 hours.

Cancer Screening

Tumor marker screening

Cancer screening panels from Access Labs measure tumor markers in the blood — antigens and proteins that can rise when cancerous cells are present. They support early screening, risk assessment based on family history, and tracking treatment response alongside other diagnostics.

Prostate & Pancreatic Cancer Screening (Male)

3002

A baseline male cancer screen — PSA for prostate health and CA 19.9 linked to pancreatic cancer.

Breast, Ovarian & Pancreatic Cancer Screening (Female)

3000

A baseline female cancer screen — CA 15.3 (breast), CA 125 (ovarian), and CA 19.9 (pancreatic).

Expanded Multi-Cancer Screening (Male)

3003

An expanded male multi-cancer screen adding AFP, HCG, and CEA alongside detailed PSA and CA 19.9 for liver, lung, thyroid, and colorectal markers.

Expanded Multi-Cancer Screening (Female)

3001

An expanded female multi-cancer screen adding AFP, HCG, and CEA alongside CA 15.3, CA 125, and CA 19.9 for broader gynecologic and general cancer markers.

Panels, panel codes, and markers are provided by Access Labs. Blood is drawn in the studio or during a mobile visit; results typically return within 24 to 48 hours. A screening panel does not diagnose cancer — it guides your provider toward follow-up care.

What we look at

Markers that tell a story

  • Hormones

TSH, cortisol, and sex hormones shape metabolism, energy, and mood — and often explain symptoms that are otherwise hard to place.

  • Vitamins & nutrients

Measuring vitamin and nutrient levels isolates a deficiency instead of guessing at one, so support can be targeted.

  • Heart & metabolic health

A lipid panel, blood counts, and metabolic markers read cholesterol, blood sugar, and inflammation in a single pass.
